Focused services

Practical help when you can't be there

Choose a one-time visit or ask about a recurring plan. Scope is confirmed before scheduling.

02

Post-Storm Property Check

Need eyes on a property after severe weather? We document observable exterior and interior conditions and send you a concise photo-supported report.

03

Contractor Follow-Up

When a contractor says the work is finished, we can provide an independent visual record of the completed area and its observable condition.

Documentation service only; not certification of workmanship or code compliance.

04

Property Cleanouts

Practical cleanout assistance for estates, vacant properties, garages, shops, barns, and other property transitions.

Ordinary cleanout scope only. Potential hazardous or regulated materials require separate evaluation.

The Property Watch method

Observe. Document. Report.

We don't simply say we stopped by. We document what we observed.

  1. Observe

Follow a consistent, property-specific checklist within the agreed scope.

  2. Document

Capture relevant observations and photographs at the time of the visit.

  3. Report

Provide a concise record and highlight anything requiring owner attention.

What documentation looks like

A clear record, not a vague check-in

Every completed visit creates a useful record: when we were there, what was checked, what was observed, and what may need your attention.

GREEN No material concern observed

YELLOW Item requires owner attention

RED Significant condition observed; owner notified

About Carbon Creature

Professional documentation with a practical point of view

Carbon Creature Asset Services is an owner-operated local business built for property owners who need reliable information—not inflated promises.

Our role is narrow on purpose: observe agreed, reasonably accessible conditions; document what is visible; and report clearly so the owner can decide what happens next.

Straight answers

Frequently asked questions

Are you a property management company?

No. Carbon Creature provides Property Watch, documentation, cleanout, and limited owner-support services. We do not lease property, collect rent, manage tenants, or provide traditional property-management services.

Is this a home inspection?

No. Property Watch documents observable conditions during a scheduled visit. It is not a professional real-estate inspection, engineering evaluation, code inspection, or warranty.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Ad-hoc Property Watch visits are available. Recurring service is also available when it fits the property and owner.

How long does a visit take?

Visit length depends on the size and complexity of the property and the requested scope. We confirm the scope before scheduling.

Will you wait for my contractor?

Generally no. Contractor Follow-Up Documentation occurs after work is reported complete and provides an independent visual record of the requested area.

Do you offer emergency service?

We do not promise 24/7 emergency service. Post-weather and priority requests can be submitted and are handled according to availability.

Do you perform repairs?

The initial service does not position Carbon Creature as a general repair contractor. We document observations so the owner can choose appropriate follow-up.

Where do you operate?

Western and northwestern Tarrant County and nearby western DFW communities, with additional locations considered by request.
